West River Mental Health is a non-profit community mental health organization providing outpatient services to children, families, adults, and seniors. Services include: Counseling Services, Psychiatric & Medication Management Services, Assertive Community Treatment/Case Management Services, Children & Family Services, Pivot Point/Emergency Services, Full Circle/Inpatient Addiction Services.
