Ham Radio Operators Wanted!

Are you searching for a rewarding and engaging hobby? Do you enjoy connecting with your community and beyond? Look no further! The Hot Springs Amateur Radio Club is the perfect place for you. As an amateur radio operator, you can play a vital role in emergency communications, exchange information with fellow Hams around the world, and be part of a passionate and welcoming community.

Here’s what we offer:

  • Weekly Ham Nets: Join our roundtable discussions every Thursday on 146.700 MHz (PL tone 146.2). Share your thoughts, ask questions, and chat about everything on your mind!
  • Black Hills Weather Net: Stay informed and participate nightly on 146.850 MHz (PL tone 146.2).
  • Club Activities: Get involved in exciting events like Kids Day, Field Day Contests, Space Shuttle Contacts, Hams in the Park, and more!

We also hold monthly meetings to plan activities, share knowledge, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow Ham Radio enthusiasts. Come join us on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the South Annex Building, located at 709 Jensen Highway, at 6:30 PM. Whether you’re new to Ham Radio or a seasoned operator, we’d love to have you on board. Let’s connect, communicate, and make a difference together!
